To old a version

Thought that getting the CD/DVD would solve the problem, it didn't. Had 15.3 on my system, the CD/DVD from Best Buy was 14.2. Even after following the instruction and deleting the software, It would not load, due to the fact that I had version 15.3 somewhere in the registry, which I never found. Contacted System Mechanics' customer service and dealt with someone that helped me fix it. No wonder Best Buy has such a small software section.
