Still working to see all the problems are repaired

Great program! Liked it so much bought it a second time!

Had to uninstall. Tried using it 5 times before I finally figured out what was happening to my computer. Apps quit working Restoring points wouldn't work. Had to keep reinstalling windows after full resets. Will not use this again. It was doing something to the registry files.

I have used this in the past and it has worked well for me

This is one of the worst system tool programs I have seen in a while. Don't waste your money on this one. Had to re-install Windows 8 because of this program.

System mechanic is a great product for your computer

I had Systom Mechanics years ago and glad I chose it again

Look for other solutions as the changes the program made to some of the existing programs have yet to be resolved

I have a 3 year old laptop that has gotten slow over the years - I expected the product to clean it and restore the performance - it did a lot of clean-up but the machine is still slow accessing the internet, etc

iolo System Mechanic is not user friendly. It may be a strong tool but the menus hide its virtues.

I have been a computer tech since 1983 & have tried, tested & used a couple hundred different software programs. I have been using System Mechanic for 20 years & I usually get a discounted price & for 8 years I got a very low price of $14-$17 per year. I have also used Norton software products & Utilities since 1990, however, Norton Utilities became major bloatware & I stopped using it in 2008. System Mechanic has had various problems over the years but I still liked many of its features. Since 2005 I had over 100 computer customers buy the System Mechanic & I installed & taught the people on how to use it or setup as many automatic features as possible. However, in the last 5 years System Mechanic Pro, continuously gets more expensive & has less individually controlled features which are fine for people that know nothing about computers, but for a tech it is very irritating when you only need certain features. The last 3 years will not allow you to select single tools in their deep clean portion & forces you to go through every item in the list to access their memory optimizer. The newest version they charged me without notification, before my expiration date & tried to force me to pay an extreme price of $84.95 + tax = $91.11 including their tech support program, which I don’t need! I called them several times & told them about the over 100 customers I gave to them & they said that they no longer give discounts & the tech support is included in the price. After 3 different calls, they told me they couldn’t refund my way early charged $ & I demanded a refund, canceled any future subscriptions & got it! The company has become greedy & doesn’t care about getting my customers. If they had continued to give it to me at the low discounted price, I would have still used it! However, Now, they lost lifetime customers & I will never recommend their software again & I will tell as many of my previous customers as I can to cancel their rip-off software!

This Product did not work for me. I thought it would clean my system my system still does not work so I wasted my money

This software company nags you to buy upgrades. The software is not very effective. I would not buy it again.

Did not work well with resolving my startup issues and missing applications!

I couldn't get this to work for me. Front of box says "Rescues Non-Starting PCs," but the side of box says an Internet connection is required. Apparently, the product really can't start a non-working PC as it requires connecting to the Internet to operate the software. Even when I managed to get connected in safe mode, the program never advanced beyond gathering files. Maybe someone who is tech savvy could get this to work. I never could.

Having a hard time with technological support,they never picked up the phone after 30min.

It didn't help my computer. Furthermore, can't get refund from the maker or the store it cane from. Feels like I've been scammed. Don't buy this. Please.

Work good for what was needed but I reinstaled windows my labtop will not install now.

this item does not clean the computer very well. would not recommend.
