THIS SOFTWARE DOESNT WORK. A TECH DOES A BETTER JOB.

Not user friendly and, well, sucks! Again, it has nothing good I can recount here! May be it worked for somebody else, it didn't for me. I broke the cd into pieces. I won't recommend it to others.

It cleared a lot of space that I needed and fixed some of the problems that were messed up.

Product over promised and under delivered. It actually did not fix any of the issues with my computer Actually 3 weeks after it was installed my computer completely crashed

Did not do what the Best Buy representative said it would fix "kernel error data error"

I really don’t know why the representative suggested this as this was NOT what I was looking for.

It worked initially. Then soon after, the computer was sluggish again.

This program did not find any more problems then the free software I downloaded did.

I was hoping for a single point solution to my PC hardware/d\software issues.

The product itself is 4 or even 5 stars. It's a solid product and does what they claim. Sadly, the company is deceitful in its practices and you have to watch them closely when making purchases. If you buy their product online, you better read the fine print because they sign you up for several recurring charges but fail to tell you that, even when you call and speak with them. I added an additional year to my system mechanic only to find out that they automatically would be deducting $20 a month for 'technical support' ~ essentially the ability to get help from them if their product breaks. Additionally, they forget to mention that I'd be charged $80 when my latest purchase expires in a year. Essentially, they would have charged me $80 for a product I already purchased and since I'm not big on throwing money out, I declined their offers. Quite underhanded and deceitful of them. Their business practices have probably driven off many customers. Good product - questionable company

System Mechanic is like a car mechanic for your computer. it preforms daily and weekly tasks to keep your computer running at top speed. I have never used a program that so easy to use and that fixes everything in one click. I bought the to replace my PC Tool Registry and System Mechanic is bar none the better product. It finds things that PC tools didn't. Overall pay the 49.99 and you won't regret it!

I have used System Mechanic for years with no problems. Now, since they have upgraded their products and offerings and I guess marketing, I am very disappointed. Since late November 2022 I have had 3 charges on my credit card amounting to $53.84. Two of these charges I did not authorize to my recollection. The worst part, after you download they ask you to call in order to get you activation key. I guess so they can try upsell you. They provided and activation key in an e-mail but it does not work. It appears to be the key from a previous product. In any case, they are not like they were. Order, pay downlod, enter key. All was good. No more. I'll take the loss but I will not use them again.

Crashed my system. Avoid! They are only interested in slipping auto renews for software you quit using a long time ago. Of course, the moment they charge you, you will never get a refund, even if you catch it the same day.

Works great to tune up your computer. Had it for year. Every year at time for renewal, they would offer it for 19.95. This year I renewed, have a receipt for a year subscription and they tried to charge me monthly instead. Talked to customer support, they said it's monthly even though I have a receipt. Offered me 3 years for 239 $. Cancelled right than ! You cannot trust this company and the only resource for help you have is to call and they are no help.

The HP Iolo message poped up on my screen 2-22-2025. I purchased the install/scan to fix for 24.95 to fix my Task Host Windows Registry problem which DID NOT WORK. I just called your hpsupport in the Philippines and all they did was try to sell me subscription for a technician to help me. I was hoping to get actual service/fix for my 24.95. Your product doesn't work and your customer service support is of no use. Please respond to this email. Thank you.

Iv'e been using this program for years and it keeps my computer running fast. Gets rid of lot of Windows errors
