I would have returned this simply bc it doesn't map out the apt. So I have it working on a daily basis because it's random. But it does clean up pretty good. 99 percent of all my dogs hair is gone.

Works great most of the time. Good value in this price range. Easy to use with phone app ... I've started cleaning when I'm away. Not perfect. No robot I've seen will do (or climb) steps. So multi-level homes need either separate units or manual relocation - it remaps every time, relocation is only a problem if you want to automate a schedule. Minor problems: light furniture on wheels may move & confuse the mapping of a room. Thin or slippery rugs bunch up & trap the unit, as will multiple power cards. Occasionally, it will go too far on a step or ledge & think it's trapped on a cliff (lol), but does send a message to the phone app.

The Roomba arrived quickly. Already assembled and ready to go. It had easy Wi Fi set up with the instructions and the app. I wish it had better mapping, so that it knows where it has been and doesn't randomly go over the same areas multiple times. Occasionally has gotten stuck an chair legs that have a horizontal bar on the ground. Had to take it apart and really clean it, after it accidentally went over a pet accident! It comes apart easily after finding instructions online. So replacing parts in the future if need be looks easy. Would recommend to anyone.

It really work's, is kind of noisy and does not map or remeber where it already cleaned, so you are going to have some patience for it to get the missed spots. Does not get tangled or stuck anywhere. Does not fall through stairs.

The only thing I like is tha I don’t have to clean, you can make the robot run in a schedule with the phone app and it comes with a perimeter sensor that prevents the robot from going places it shouldn’t go. Sometimes it gets stuck cleaning the same spaces or runs for a short period of time. It doesn’t map your home. For that, I think there’s a $700 model, way too much. Picks up decent dirt but still not as strong as a regular plugged in vacuum cleaner. The only reason I haven’t return is because I don’t like cleaning and for what it does is ok.

It does the job. It just wanders around with no pattern. Mapping would be nice but for 400 or more dollars I do not think it is worth it. Works better in smaller areas.

Works good. Use this on the main floor of our house, about 1000 square feet of wood floor. Cleans the area well. Only issue is it doesn't map the room like the more expensive model. So it bumps around for quite a while and takes a while to find its way back home. But it usually runs when I'm out of the house so not an issue.

Love my Roomba. Just wish this one had mapping as sometimes it goes over the same area more than once. However it picks up everything in our vinyl plank floors and our rugs. Clean floors without me having to do anything is a total win.

I love my roomba! One of the best parts of this model is that it works with your WiFi so when your not at home you can use your phone and start it up. Wish it was a mapping model but it does a great job.

It's nifty. It picks up alot of hair and everything. Some things it doesn't like to pick up. This lower tier model doesn't seem to make a map so it makes totally random turns. With my furniture and throw carpets, it gets stuck ALOT! Thinks it's on a cliff when it goes between surfaces. Works well remotely and with my Alexa. Was a gift for my wife, might have to get the higher tier at some point. Price points are still a little high in my opinion, but it does what it's supposed to do.

Christmas gift returned to a better model. Bought a Samsung that maps the area not just bumps off everything.

Works pretty fine. Perfect for carpets. Only crons is the mobility / house mapping.
