Great vacuum

I think the vacuum alone is worth the money. The smart mop is a nice bonus, but I don't know if I would have purchased it on its own. Since I bought the products, I did no vacuuming and there is no visible dust on any floor.

With 3 dogs there is dog hair everywhere and it’s nice to be able to tell it to vacuum even when we aren’t home and can come home to a clean floor. The mop feature is great for basic cleaning.

Clean House at all times

My house is always clean and everytime i have people in the house, i dont have to worry about cleaning bec my roomba is there.

I robot combo

The mop is always lost and always needs assistance or a reboot. I’ve had to re-map the house twice already. But when it does actually work it does a fantastic job. But it’s really rare that the mop works on the first go.

S9+ Defective, Doesn't Work

Do not buy this product, it is defective. The Brava M6 mop is great, and I recommend that, but buy someone else's vacuum.

Not working out of the box

We finally got through to iRobot and they are sending out a new one but they are on back order for several weeks. Now my return window to Best Buy just expired. This vacuum better work as advertised or I will be very disappointed and out a lot of money! The mop seems to do a good job so far but haven't used it more than once since we don't have the vacuum.
