Love the design and it picks up literally EVERYTHING! so make sure your floors are clear if items that will damge the machine. The bristles wear a little fast but the machine cleans well. The only problem i find is that it takes long to clean entire job because it truly doesn't start where it left off. I really don't like this because I'm want to know how long it truly takes to clean the area but it seems to start over and clean certain areas repeatedly

The M6 mop works flawlessly. Really happy with it. Maps really well, mops in a pattern that is efficient. The S9 however, is a different story. I have one room with carpet and takes over 2.5 hours to vacuum on average. This is due to the recharging. Starts vacuuming before being fully charged, then has to return to be charged again. The vac does not vacuum in any pattern that makes sense. I've remapped and it didnt help. Just to vacuum downstairs it starts with a full charge and results are on average: 2.5 hours of vacuuming and 2.75 hours charging in addition. On tile floors, the vacuum runs on lower setting and can run longer, but still seems to get lost of what it is doing/where it is at.

The vacum is top notch but if the best mop robot is the m6 then id rather do it myself. The mapping on the m6 just isnt worth it and it also has trouble docking itself. Tough time figuring out the rug and difficulty going in and out of bathrooms. I guess it would be great if u lived in a square empty room. BUT THE VACUM IS TOP NOTCH. It would be nice if the mop used the same map as the vacum and made adjustments from the already mapped vacum technology.

I had better expectations for these products. Mapping of house gets better after a whole week; however, very often both, the mop and the vacuum, die whenever they run out of battery and they don’t return to charging station by themselves so you have to pick them up. Also, when they finish they don’t send you a detailed map of their daily work as other robots do (such as the Neato). They’re not as detailed as described by people.

It’s hard to properly rate this. So I will break it down.. - Smart technology is greatly improved through the years. It takes a good 10 runs to dial the map in completely. It recognizes obstacles 100% better than first generation models. Plenty of controls with user interface. This thing is louder than any other machine they make. But that is what comes with more suction power. But you can dial it down a bit in the settings. - mechanically however this thing is a bust. The sweeping paddles are terrible. My children's hair is enough to tear right through the paddles and after you cut the hair out. There is a grove that will catch more debris. If you have children and the leave a heir clip or a small piece of a toy, the paddles keep spinning and practically burn up or tear the paddles rendering them useless. The side sweeper is also poor quality. Nice looking design be the bristles just tear right off of they catch a throw rug or shoelaces. Nothing beats their good old model 690. No smarts, bangs onto everything, have to clean out the bin twice to vaccine the whole floor. But solid!! I may be downgrading for the first time ever.

I don't have to vacuum or mop manually - sold. But this is not entirely true. This set is probaby good for low traffic areas; but with children tracking in and out and dropping stuff on the floor, it is not great for deep cleaning, even on deep cleaning setting. So, I still need to follow up on "dirty" areas mannually were elbow grease must be used. Now, the idea of the set is great. One would hope that when I return home the floor would be clean after setting it to run while gone. Then there is the issue where something happens while you are gone. For example, they get caught on something that your child forgot to put up. So in the end, the floor is not cleaned. Also, for some reason, they miss entire sections of the pre-mapped floor. Sometimes this happens because they bumpt into something that was not originally mapped because it was moved an inch to the right or left. Also, I still find myself putting up chairs so that it can fit under the tables well.

I bought the set during the christmas sale, however if I could go back in time I would've only bought the vacuum, I have ceramic tiles and the braava just doesn't cut it. It seems to leave dirty little spots. I think it could be the solution since you are supposed to only use their soap. The roomba also has a death wish. It continually flies off the step. I haven't drawn the map yet but I thought it had sensors for this. I have thick carpet and 3 dogs, a tough job for any machine. The roomba does a decent job but the edge of the carpet the meets the walls are never clean.

In retrospect I view this purchase as a mistake - purchased as a bundle, the vacuum works as advertised as a premium device...while the mop's performance (Purchased at near $300 off) is utter disappointment and not worth the discounted price. There is no discernable difference during or after the mop has done its task. Advise to the reader: The S9+ has a credible argument as the best vacuum currently available (see current/past reviews available online). Purchase as a stand alone. Concerning the Braava Jet: Learn from my experience, Roomba's mop earns its reputation (also online) as less than mediocre.

The accessaries are expensive and The vaccum stops working every 6-10 months. I have got replacement couple of times. every replacement with iRobot, it took me time for calls. I also purchased care plan from best buy. what can I say , feel like buy stocks with dividend paid by replacement once a year. the root mop works very well except the lid broke after 10 months but overall is good.

This was very beautiful I love the mop and vacuum, but it was to much work on starting it up every 20 minutes ,plus it kept on getting stuck

Initially worked fine. Significant issues with the vaccum. very loud but powerful suction. 2 of the 3 stars are for the brava jet mop which is excellent. software & appare not the best either. wish roomba stands up to the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra for competition

It should be a great system if I can ever get it to work. The vac works as advertised, the mop won't get it's mapping done in spite of numerous mapping runs. No online help, they never respond, you have to call. A great product spoiled by poor instructions and service.

The vacuum system works great. The mop is always lost and always needs assistance or a reboot. I’ve had to re-map the house twice already. But when it does actually work it does a fantastic job. But it’s really rare that the mop works on the first go.

Works okay. Had to return because it was not cleaning as well as I wanted it to.

The vacuum cleaner is amazing. Very detailed in its cleaning and effective. The mop, not so much. It’s like draggining a wet lettuce leaf over your floor. Complete rubbish.

Vacuum is great. Mop not so much. Have had it less than a year and the charging prongs on the bottom of the mop have rusted and it will not charge.

I love the vacuum and how well it works but the mop does not do a very good job. If I had to do it all over again I would only purchase the vacuum

Very noisy but cleans good. Manufacturer should reduce the noise in future product.

I had owned iRobot vacuums in the past. They are not cheap, so I do expect them to perform at their very best. I have no issues with the vacuum, but unfortunately the braava jet does not work. I'm hopping that it was just a defective unit and hopefully once I'm able to exchange it, would have a use for it. I contacted Best Buy's customer service to arrange the return of the unit so will update once that happens.
