There are never enough outlets in a house or plugs for equipment on a computer. Having the j5 makes life easier in that I don't have to unplug this to plug in that. The j5 doesn't take up much room on my desk. It boots programs quickly and clearly and is very handy for both temporary and long term use.

Does the job at a decent price point, giving me a few more USB ports (most of them are taken up with more-or-less permanently installed equipment) for memory sticks and such, and also positions the ports so I don't have to reach awkwardly behind the computer to install or remove the memory devices. I wish quality models with fewer ports were in stock, this is a bit overkill for the work I'm doing.

I use this on my PS5, and have it in the back. I have the ps5camera, steel series headset, and external hd so 3 usb ports needed. Only 2 hdmi ports in the back. I wanted to leave the front port open for plug and play usb use, and also keep the usb c open for when ps5vr comes out.
We're glad to hear you are happy with the USB Hub. Thanks for your feedback.

Got this so I could Wire My H.O.T.A.S Up and Cable Manage better works perfectly and no issues with it. The Wires are long but It would be nice if they were a bit longer.

It does the job it was intended to and I'm very happy to have something that has 7 USB 3.0 ports on it. Definitely a nice thing to have for my desktop.
The only downside is that for how I use it, it slides around a lot so I might put little rubber pads on the bottom of it. Otherwise there's nothing wrong with it.

It works great but the power brick is large it solves my problem of not having enough power to use my USB devices. It's simple to connect everything to the hub then to a computer via USB A and start plugging in your peripherals.
Hello, The JUH377 is a great way to add a lot of USB ports without taking up a lot of space in your work area. Thank you for choosing a j5create product and taking the time to post a review. Cheers, j5create

I love this little port. It has plenty of inputs, and the charger port is a big convenience for charging my cell phone while I am working. I have solid state drives and keyboard lines all feeding this puppy. And it's not plastic. It is brushed aluminum or some kind of metal. Very durable. You can get cheaper, but for a few bucks more it is well worth it.
USB Hubs are great for adding your USB peripherals when you are limited on ports through a computer. Thanks for your feedback and glad your devices works nicely to the Hub. Take care.

I bought this because I wanted to connect two external hard drives, and even though it is connected to a power source and there is one port for recharging devices. I cannot have the two hard drives at once, one is self powered and the other of course uses the USB Power but still they start to get disconnected, I'm still going to keep it but just because at the end It will replace a usb 2.0 hub, and it will use all the other ports just for the other stuff that I need to connect.I have another USB 3.0 in my mac that I will be connecting that SSD External Drive.

Use it for everything. My laptop doesn’t have an enough usb jacks so this is a must. The nicest part is that it’s powered by ac so charging is faster than standard usb.
