Nice and light. Lots of USB ports, I just wished it had other ports, such as USB-C, network, or HDMI. Easy to set up - a simple plug and play into a USB port.

nice slim design and solid construction , i recently purchased an AudioBox96 that was havening problems getting enough power from my hard drive USB . this little number did the trick. no connectivity issues between the hub and the main port. which was a concern for Personius.

I was looking for something to expand the ports on a new docking station, and this fits the bill. Being a powered hub, it's not taking from the docking station and can even charge a phone. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I am using this hub to connect to an audio interface for my home studio and it works great. I have been using it for a little over a month now with no issues and I use it daily. No real setup just plug it in and go. Comes with power supply so it works for all of my devices, I have a midi keyboard, an audio interface, another midi controller and my ipad pro 12.9 all running through the hub with no issues connecting to my computer based Digital Audio Workstation and have had 0 connection issues. I highly recommend this hub.

The USB hub works as you would expect, and the build quality seems great with the metal body. It works as intended and for a reasonable price.

I like the sleek design and ample ports. My only concern is the USB connector on the hub side is unusual and perhaps proprietary. It may be difficult to replace if it fails.

Simple design, works perfectly for my at home office! Allowed me to add 2 monitors to my laptop with ease.

I needed to purchase a new USB 3.0 hub to take on the road with me, so I did t want a large or heavy unit. Many hubs are small but their power adapters are heavy and bulky. I also wanted a powered hub as I tend to plug power hungry devices in, and self powered hubs don't provide enough amperage for many devices. The j5 hub satisfies all of my requirements in spades. I took it with me on a recent trip and it worked flawlessly. I love the sleek metal design and it's very small, fitting well into my bag. And the power tramformer is small. Highly recommended!

Small, portable and high speed. running without any problems

I have an older model surface and wanted to see if it would work. The Best Buy rep had no clue and suggested I buy it and if it did not work, I could bring it back. That was an hour round trip. I wish the instructions were clearer, making the point of which models it works with and which ones it will NOT work with. I got my wife a new surface a month later and got her one of these and it works like a charm. If you want extra ports, and it fits, it is a good accessory.

The USB port hub was just what I was looking for. I went in store to find it since I couldn't wait for an online order. I was pleased that I could find it in a physical Best Buy store. I believe it was a little bit expensive though, but it all ports are 3.0.

I love this usb hub, very stylish and travels well with my laptop, like it has 7 ports, no issues, so far, it has a power adapter if you want to use it, I use this with my new ASUS laptop and have had no issues, even my mouse works in it, as they suggest you don't use your mouse connected to a hub, this works.
