I had a 4 port hub and needed more. This fit the bill perfectly and I have a couple of ports left over. Easy to install and use. Small enough so that it doesn't take up much space. Reasonable priced.

Works with all of my devices as desired! As long as your computer USB port / OS supports this device, it works as advertised.

I've had the j5create 7-Port USB 3.0 Hub connected to my desktop computer, running both Linux Mint 20.1 and Windows 10, and I couldn't be happier. As a side note: there occasionally are types of devices not designed for USB 3 which are also not compatible with it. Examples of this include some flatbed scanners, some wireless keyboards and/or mice, etc. So, while I cannot say "everything" I've ever plugged into this hub works because that would be untrue, I can say that anything which doesn't have a problem with USB 3 works flawlessly with this hub. I've got three USB 3.0 external hard drives connected to it, a pair of Logitech Z-5 USB speakers, and at times I've plugged in flash drives, an external USB DVD/CD drive, etc. No issues with any of them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a second hub if I had another computer to use with it.

As a gaming streamer Deeperdepths I have to run alot of tech for my setup this being a powered 3.0 hub has the speed and amount of ports i needed to make my setup more efficient. Love the product

I got this for additional USB ports to support my VR set up. The product takes up very little space which is nice because it fits nicely near my computer and desk. It seems like good quality and hasn’t given any trouble so far. Would recommend for someone needing more USB ports.

Nice UBS Hub. Compact and effective. I replaced an older Belkin that seemed to be having issues maintaining connectivity with my external harddrives. Plugged in the J5 and haven't looked back.

This hub works better than other ones that I have tried. It is metal rather than plastic, and both the jack and power plug stay firmly connected even when jostled. I also like the sleek, narrow profile. I often use all 7 ports, which is helpful -- now I only need to use one laptop USB port instead of two hubs on two separate ports.

Easy to use, fast charging which is what i was looking for.

I use my laptop as a desktop and have a limited amount of USB ports. This gave me the additional ports I needed to power up my wired gaming keyboard and mouse. In regards to the quality and feel, the J5 has a nice feel to it. The body of it is sort of metallic. The feel of it is premium compared to other USB hubs I have experienced that were plastic. It has some weight to it and stays put wherever you place it compared to other hubs that are plastic and lightweight, and never stayed where you put it. It also has a AC plug to give you the additional power that you need so you don't drain the laptop battery. The cost is pretty comparable to the other hubs on the market. It really comes down to preference and quality. I researched a lot of hubs before deciding on this one. I have never head of this brand but I'm glad I chose them.

Works great! I like the included power unit to power external USB devices.

I loved this product, each 3.0 port is individually charged to 1gbps- Not combined but separately powered ports with each creating it's own 1Gbps and you don't need pesky buttons to turn reach one off and on- if you aren't using a certain port, then that Port is not in use and it's not being used by your power or energy source. Also, I liked that it has some weight to it not too much but enough to keep the wires from moving the J5 all over the place and feels very which is nice so I didn't need a double-sided tape to stick it down or anything like that and it works fantastically I highly recommend this item for laptops computers basically anything you need even car for extra ports among other things

I needed additional usb ports for my devices. The J5create had ample ports (7) with one of them a powered port. So far it is working great. I don't notice any lag on i/o to my drives.

Does essentially what it claims to you. Set up is painless and USB cord is nearly 3 feet long to accommodate most rigs. One minor set back, however, is the power consumption. If you're running, say: an external sound card, an external SSD drive, printer cable, wireless USB mouse receiver, this unit cannot support all those accessories at once without plugging it into its power supply. Said power supply is a mouse sized, dual pronged (not grounded) plug. Having a power supply running on an ungrounded plug introduces a ton of ambient and electronic noise into the signal chain if you're a DJ, like I am. Additionally, running that match hardware through a single multiport will heat up your PC/Mac something fierce, so if you don't have a cooling fan you'll quickly reach maximum core temperatures. Those issues aside, works just fine and I have no complaints. Is compatible with the HP Spectre x360 that only has a single USB C port.

My older computer does not have USB3.0 so I can't evaluate this hub yet. I went ahead with the purchase anticipating my next computer would be able to take advantage of the USB 3.0. Everything works, i.e. Thumb drives, external hard drives and IOS devices. The only thing that won't work is an external DVD drive. Maybe on my next computer, that will as well

I went across this product as I was in dire need to connect my keyboard, mouse, audio-receiver (for my TB Gen2 700MAX), USB cord to charge my headset, and Logitech 4k Pro webcam onto my Xbox Series X — even then, I still have 2 open USB ports left. This is the perfect extension if you want to include your USB peripherals on your XBOX S/X, PS5, PC, or laptop!

This works as I wanted it to. It is a good size and expands my USB 3 to 7 ports. It is exactly what it is advertised to be.

During my evaluation, I found this product to be exceptional. Unlike other USB hubs I attempted to use, which proved ineffective in powering my hard drives, this product surpassed expectations. I confidently recommend this outstanding product to anyone seeking reliable performance. In fact, I would like to correct my earlier statement – it’s not just a great product; it’s truly an amazing one.
