A fair job for the price

The overall design of the product is simple and it has a nice weight to it. However it continually disconnected no matter which USB port and no matter if I connected to a power supply or not.

Useless USB

I finally need it and only one of the usb ports work. I tried multiple items and cables to verify this. 7 usb outputs and only one works.

I had several devices connectedbto it, among them a wireless mouse and keyboard. Right after connecting them to the hub, they would work fine, but after a few minutes they would stop working at all. That never happened with my other hub. Needless to say I had to return the product.

Good for a while...

Posted .Half the hub being dead is not a great feeling when needing to get work done. In the case where only half the JUH377 is working, it is possible half the hub has gone defective and in this case, being only 14 months in, we offer exchanges as our adapters are covered under a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Useless! A total waste of your money.

I have this connected to a new Apple Studio computer and it is absolutely useless. It claims to support USB 2 devices - it doesn't. USB 2 flash drives won't connect at all. When I have a spinning disc and a SSD drive connected at the same time they will randomly disconnect after trying to open either device. Attaching the external power supple didn't help at all. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I can't give it fewer. This is a total waste of your money. It makes a better paperweight than it does a USB hub.

Posted .It's possible that if using high powered USB device on the USB 3.0 7-Port HUB, it may be drawing too much power causing it to disconnect and so fourth. The JUH370 7-Port USB 3.0 Industrial Hub with ESD and Surge Protection is another option.

My mouse and keyboard are intermittently working. Keys are acting stuck and will glitch out. Devices attached to the hub will cut in and out like they are getting unplugged. This thing is junk and Best Buy should stop stocking them. And the worst part is that the problems that other people and myself are seeing don't occur until after a few weeks. So good luck getting your money back for a $50 paper weight.
