This is a great plug and play webcam with a lot of good features that you will have trouble finding elsewhere at this price point. The webcam has a HIFI microphone, a wide angle lens, and records at 1080p. I am glad to hear that the webcam is working for you.

Great camera for people with old computers

Great camera, with some bugs

We bought about 7-8 of these cameras from Best Buy over a week for our office use. They generally work fine, crisp image and lighting. But they tend to misbehave from time to time and there aren't any driver updates to address there. We're using them with Windows 10 Pro (with latest hotfixes), and there are times the camera thinks it's still on (green light lit) even after a meeting has ended and Teams/Zoom or the camera app is shut down. This requires manually unplugging and re-plugging the camera's USB cable. On occasion, it requires a reboot of the PC as well, because the device suddenly stops showing in the Device Manager. It shows up as an unknown device with a yellow exclamation triangle. I have mixed feelings about this camera because the image quality is so much better than other cameras at a comparable price (including some logitech ones), but the unreliability is a concern. There are no troubleshooting tips about this issue on their website. Hopefully j5create will fix these issues, which I believe to be software / driver related.

Decent camera

The image quality is good enough. I've seen better image in a camera that costs twice than this one. I don't think it's worth it to spend on a more expensive camera for work or school. This one does a good job. If you want to use the camera for internet sales, than you better consider something more expensive.
