He could be found on the j5create website on the product page for this webcam. If you would like assistance with the firmware update, please contact the j5create customer support team. Thank you for reviewing the webcam. It will easily attach to a flat screen monitor or a standard tripod. It is also plug and play so there is no software to download and install.
