It has a good picture quality and I like the swivel and adjustability side to side. However, I wish I could tilt it pointing up or down, and can't due to the type of non-clamp it has to hold it in place. Fits a little loose on the top of my monitor and there isn't any way to adjust the fit, so it sort of balances up there. The brace on the back is merely there to keep it from falling off backwards, not intended to anchor it. But it works as it's intended, so that's the main thing.

The JVCU100 is a plug and play webcam. That means that it does not need any software to be installed before you can use it. You just need to plug it in and start up your video app. Thanks for choosing j5create.

The very definition of plug and play, plug into electrical outlet and cpu and it's ready to go. Good picture and sound. Sits semi-securely on top of monitor. Camera uses wide-angle view so it has a sort of "fish-eye" look. Not terrible and cannot be eliminated because it's set up so that many people can be on camera at the same time. And it's relatively inexpensive. Overall, unit is recommended to others.

Teachers preferred to see the kids. This did the trick. Super easy to use, just plug and play basically. My only complaint is that though it has a little lever to grip the edge of the monitor, if you adjust the angle at all or accidentally tug on the cord, it comes crashing down. So just make sure the angle is prlerfect before you start any zoom calls and youll be good!

Set up was a breeze. The issue I had was mounting it on my monitor. It wasnt secure and each time i touched the cord it moved. A real problem when on video calls. Aside from that this camera will work for most people.

Sharp and Crisp Picture BUT...
