Dock broke a few months into purchase

The USB dock stopped working a few months after purchase and the company required me to pay for shipping to send them the defective ENTIRE product. It now site under my desk as a Foot Stand!

Charging ports not good....

Only one out of three. Now remind everyone I do have a few devices but big as the charging cable and plug in box is I would think it can handle multi devices or why have all these different device outlets. I guess not and the Best Buy next to me went out of business!

We have JUP series chargers which will charge higher wattage requiring devices. Good but a bit pricey

Went on clearance and immediately purchased. It's an excellent unit the wood is solid and the aluminum legs on either side substantial. I've done good here.
