This earpiece hangs loosely on my ear. Although there is a curved wire, does not have a snug fit if that is what you are looking for. Its perfec if you want it loosely handing on your ear. Easily falls off too.

Can't Live without it

Looks good, but fails in usability

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.although this mimics the style of an earlier version of the JABRA 25 model, this version of the headset picks up an all too-often negative that has become far too prevalent for the JABRA line, that being to issue with the volume of the headsets. They do not get loud enough. While older versions of this model were / are able to achieve a decent volume level for any occasion, this new version just doesn't have the volume level to be useful for anything but the quietest of rooms. I am a long time JABRA user and up until their most recent products, I never had a issue with them. Sadly from some models removing the volume button completely or just overly reducing the top volume levels, I have sought solace with other makers who care enough to allow the user to choose the adequate volume level.

The only thing I didn't like about it was that it didn't have Caller ID/call waiting. The voice from the other end was clear and loud.

I got it to talk on the phone without telling like my ears are blocked and I can hear myself. Sounds reception is good. Ive already used and lost 2 of the same ones, so I like them a lot
