The loop that connects the earpiece to my ear kept falling off and the rubber piece that goes inside my ear kept getting stuck in my ear. I tried switching the problem pieces out but it didnt work. I ended up returning it. I only paid about $37 for the earpiece, so I got what I paid for.

I CANT HEAR GOOD. Very low volumn unless there is no background noise. ie:  can’t hear when I’m driving. But fine when sitting on the couch with the TV off.

The main problem is the plastic ear clip is cheap and will not stay attached to the head piece body. The clip is always coming off while trying to put the unit on my head. The unit really doesn't fit well to the head.
