The Jabra Talk 25 SE can be worn on your left or right ear. To get the best fit with your Talk 25 SE, first, choose between two ergo-designed eargels for optimal fit and comfort. Just so you know, the Jabra Talk 25 SE can be worn with or without the eargel. Next, attach the earhook to the headset for a more secure fit. Depending on which ear you want to wear your Jabra Talk 25 SE, please orient your earhook in the right direction. We hope this helps you change your Jabra Talk 25 SE wearing style more efficiently.
Great headset for pair two phones.

I love the fact you can pair two phones at the same time. You can answer whichever phone that rings when you have to carry both phones at the same time. Very easy to pair and answer calls.

Volume so low puppies must have been in charge of quality control. If there is any background noise you can not hear your conversation. That includes the hum of your refrigerator running. We should be paid a commission for every successful conversation. The company would not owe much. If you see this on the shelf smack it like a spider and run. Post rant: they made me 1 star this negative 5 star junk!

Device works well, not very comfortable

And the device is bigger than other ones I've used so its not as comfortable. Overall it is useable but I wouldn't buy this particular model again due to comfort.

After several weeks the volume to adjust for you to hear is so low, even when you turn you phone volume all the way up, I will not buy another one of these.

I should have returned/exchanged it. I would recommend this item, based on my previous piece. It may just be this particular item, not all, has a flaw.
