Great little Bluetooth

I have turned the volume up on my phone but I had no problems out of the one I had before this one which is the same brand and model but for some reason I can barely hear with this one. Very disappointing

Very bad earpiece

The volume was turned all the way up and I could bearly hear the person on the phone and they definitely could not hear me. I would not recommend it.
