That isn't a good thing when you need both of your hands which is the purpose of having a Bluetooth Headset. I guess this model wasn't made for my ear so I had to return it.

It has excellent sound to bad it’s just 1 speaker Also it has a volume , answer& volume controls on the ear piece its self.

Will return for an exchange...i do.love the other ear pieces i got from. Best Buy and their service is fantastic at the Temecula store!

A very good product overall

The only thing that should be improved is the shape of the plastic that goes over your ear. Since it's straight, it's not very comfortable and causes the main piece to stick out from your ear and to tend to pull out of the ear.

Could NOT Hear a Thing

NOPE. Charged it fully, Parred it, made sure volume was at full, made several calls, could barely hear the ring and could NOT hear the person on the other end. Just barely heard the ringing stop. Will be returning it.
