NOPE. Charged it fully, Parred it, made sure volume was at full, made several calls, could barely hear the ring and could NOT hear the person on the other end. Just barely heard the ringing stop. Will be returning it.

Sorry - not happy with this purchase...

Unfortunately, this one hasn't been as reliable and although new, multiple people had a hard time hearing me at times. I've purchased multiple in the past, this one didn't last.

Walk in they get your item and out you go all bagged up. Put it in my wife's stocking as a surprise. And hers broke so I gave it to her early before she bought a new one. Only to find the box had been opened from the bottom and someone put a used broken one in the box. Had to return it.
