Terrible!

The sound was so low that the earpiece was useless. In addition, there is no way to know how much talk time remains. My old Plantronics unit finally died so I was looking for a similar replacement. I’m still looking.

You can barely hear through this device even when turned up all the way. Went back to the Talk 15 as I couldn't get the old version of the 25 through you.

Enjoy that this one has up to 9 hours of talk time.

Junk earpiece

Only says connected. When battery drains it just shuts off and disconnects. My last one said talk time 7 hrs and volume max. This one says nothing
