    Waste of Money

These were purchased as a Christmas present for my son. He is not rough on his stuff. On average his headphones last about a year. This pair is unusable after a month. You have to wiggle the plug to hear anything. Return window closed before Christmas (what?) So I am leaving a bad review in hopes it keeps someone else from making the same mistake.

They sounded ok for the price but they literally broke in half after I used them on a cold day

I like the sound on these headphones and I enjoy the noise canceling feature which is a big reason I purchased them. Okay that's it for the positive. So, my first pair snapped in half while I was wearing them, I asked Jam if they would fulfill the one year warranty and they did. Fast forward about the same amount of time as I've had my last pair and they snapped on my head again. I doubt they will do anything for me this time, I paid $59.99 for my pair. I won't be buying Jam products again.

The sound is ok for this price, but the plastic headband snapped in half making them useless. I managed to fix them with a metal splint and duct tape so I could use them at work only to have the other side snap. don't waste your money.
