Also, when it connect it only YouTube sounds can be heard. When this speak is used for phone conference , this spear does NOT work. So I returned it. Not a good choose for meeting and phone conference.

Also, try forgetting the speaker from your Bluetooth settings and pairing it again. You can also try using the speaker on a different device to determine if the issue is with the speaker or with the source device.
