I bought a "like new open box item" from bestbuy.com. When I had an issue with the item I returned it to JBL under the factory warranty. This was 6 months after I bought the item. JBL advised that the item as a counterfeit and returned it to me. Bestbuy in turn is REFUSING to offer anything, but tell me its outside of the 15 day return period. They sold a counterfeit item that was not discovered until the manufacturer tried to service it. Horrible customer service. BEWARE bestbuy will sell you a fake item and then do NOTHING to rectify their mistake. Will not be doing business with bestbuy in the future.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the connection and sound issue of your JBL Flip 6. Please know that Bluetooth, in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, it is likely that there is something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal. First, make sure there is a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could cause interference. Next, forget/unpair the speaker on your device and perform manual pairing, then try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly will be reset, turn on the speaker then press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. The speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance.
