the sound is actually ok..but the vocals are not in sync with many of the channels..

I got a new car stereo put in my Yukon they were fast and very good.

I purchased this unit several months ago. I purchased it because it was the only sound bar with three HDMI inputs. The JBL Link Bar was nothing but problems from the start. The remote control is less than desirable because you have to click on a function multiple times before it works. When you turn on one of your devices the sound bar connects immediately, starts your device then closes down, you have to click your device again and then it takes 10 seconds of black screen before your device connects. Next, I have it connected to a TiVo Bolt OTA unit and the TiVo unit goes into standby if there is no signal after four hours. Well the sound bar does not repLay that to the TiVo unit and after four hours of watching TV the TiVo goes into standby in the middle of your program.

Little trouble setting up but once done, great sound

This sound bar is average. Its ok for a small room.

I cannot recommend this product it is very painful to use at times, does not automatically switch from tv speaker to soundbar most of the time, google assistant kicks in by itself and its really loud sometimes. Bad soundbar

I should have done more research on this one before purchasing. It takes me 3 times to get it to stay on an HDMI input. The HDMI cables also run a little hot, make sure they are fire retardant.

Google assistant was worthless, didnt work at all. Had to restart and reboot everytime i tuned it on. Lasted a whole 2 days in the house before i returned it.

The product went bad within 7 months. Wouldn't purchase this brand again. Customer service at the Best Buy, San Marcos, CA was excellent as always.

Could not get the sound bar to come on with the tv all the time. Software update didnot fix the problem.

I wanted a sound bar only but ended up with a Hodgepodge of settings, cables, and remotes. You can’t just plug optical cable and go. Now I have optical and one HDMI tied up to just get sound from my smart tv and other devices and am one HDMI short. Clunky set up. May return for zvox or similar that’s plug and play and doesn’t hog TV inputs unnecessarily. Sound is ok but not worth the above.

Waited for a week to receive it, found out the seal on the box was damaged, and only came with soundbar and remote, no power cable no hdmi cable no manual nor warranty card. The box even has someone else's name on it as a shipping label. Contact bestbuy support and due to the item out of stock, there's nothing they can do. Complete waste of time.

Ive had this product for a while and after about 20min of use, the sound cuts off for a second or 2. It worked fine for the first year. Skip this soundbar at all costs.

Way to complicated to hook up, I have several surround sound systems within my hm and this one was by far way to complicated to hook up. I returned it to the store Nd purchased a different one.

Bought it as part of a bundle with my new TV. It turns off and the volume of my TV. Tried to claimed the warranty and they told me to send it back to California to get checked. I no longer have the box to send it. :(
