Worst purchase ever

I purchased it because it was the only sound bar with three HDMI inputs. The JBL Link Bar was nothing but problems from the start. The remote control is less than desirable because you have to click on a function multiple times before it works. When you turn on one of your devices the sound bar connects immediately, starts your device then closes down, you have to click your device again and then it takes 10 seconds of black screen before your device connects. Next, I have it connected to a TiVo Bolt OTA unit and the TiVo unit goes into standby if there is no signal after four hours. Well the sound bar does not repLay that to the TiVo unit and after four hours of watching TV the TiVo goes into standby in the middle of your program.

Not a good soundbar

Bad soundbar

Software glitches and heat concerns

It takes me 3 times to get it to stay on an HDMI input. The HDMI cables also run a little hot, make sure they are fire retardant.

Could not get it to work properly

BAD Soundbar

Not a plug and play solution

You can’t just plug optical cable and go. Now I have optical and one HDMI tied up to just get sound from my smart tv and other devices and am one HDMI short. Clunky set up. May return for zvox or similar that’s plug and play and doesn’t hog TV inputs unnecessarily. Sound is ok but not worth the above.

Opened box and missing parts

The box even has someone else's name on it as a shipping label. Contact bestbuy support and due to the item out of stock, there's nothing they can do. Complete waste of time.

Sound goes out after a while.

It worked fine for the first year. Skip this soundbar at all costs.

I returned it to the store Nd purchased a different one.

Stay Away it turns off

It turns off and the volume of my TV. Tried to claimed the warranty and they told me to send it back to California to get checked. I no longer have the box to send it. :(
