Remote and bar Wouldn't pair

I will contact bestbuy If I can return the Item.

The worst experience ever with a bluetooth device. I tried to return it but best buy didn’t take it since it had past the 15 days policy.

No EQ Controls From Remote

The issue is that you cannot adjust any eq settings without going in to the sound bars android os (which i planned on not using)

Unfortunately I bought during quarantine so it was to late to return .

Glitchy and inconsistent

The Video cuts out constantly and the sound source changes without warning. Things like trying to watch netflix or the other "smart functions do not trigger the video which makes getting to the place you want to be impossible. Even accessing the settings is impossible without video. Tech support for this item is non existent.
