Decent but don’t seem durable

Try to connect the earbuds to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with. You can also perform a reset by pressing and holding the button on the right earbud for more than 5 seconds while charging. They just don't feel comfortable to my ears. But this particular earbud was just pretty average overall and the sound was too bass-heavy for my taste.
