We have had the microwave for 2 years now. When trying to cook it beeps and tells you to open and close the door. Something is wrong with the electronic contacts. This is very disappointing since we paid very good money for this unit. We have cleaned the contacts over and over. They are spotless and still get the message. So annoying.

This microwave was wonderful and beautiful, however, it is just too big for the area. I wouldn't recommend for an area that is small and above the stove
