I purchased this oven as an open box item. It has been working great. I couldn't figure out the connection with my phone but my son came over and had it working in no time. I would definitely recommend this oven. It bakes very well and I love the lights. You can view your baking items without opening the oven door and reducing the temp of the oven. VERY HAPPY!
