Summary --------------- Surprisingly good ANC at this price. This is an over ear headphones which also helps with passive noise cancellation. The Headphones has good amount of controls on the headphones without having to use an app and I think that is a great feature. What's in the box ----------------------- Studio Pro ANC Wireless Headphones, USB Type-C Charging Cable, 3.5mm AUX-IN Cable, Travel Bag, JLab Two Year Warranty. Pros ------ 1. Good Build Quality and ANC at a great value 2. USB Type C charging 3. Surprisingly good ANC 4. Good Mic for voice calls 5. Supports Bluetooth 5 6. 2 year warranty Cons ------ 1. Does not have a 3.5mm port, instead it uses a Type C to 3.5mm converter Design and Build ----------------------- The headphone looks to be very well built. The cups on the earpads are very nice and soft and fits very well on the ears. The Plastics used are of good quality and I think it will stand a few beatings. The Headband has good flex and will fit big head like mine without any creaks. Usage -------- Bluetooth pairing is very quick by pressing the button on the side for 8 seconds and using your phone connecting to the Jlabs headphones. Once connected, subsequent connections are very quick, I was very impressed with the reliable connections. The headphones has volume up/down as well as track skip/back button (Long press volume button). The headphones also support Siri and google voice integration which is a big plus. The headphones have a good balanced sound without overpowering bass or highs. The highs are crisp and the bass is very balanced. I loved the clarity of the headphones. The ANC worked pretty well nullifying my tower fan. I still did not have a chance to take it on a flight but for a budget ANC headphones, I think this works pretty well. The headphones have a rated 45 Hours battery life and I think the real time usage is very close to this number. Many headphones costing much higher have a lower rating on the battery life. The range is about 30 ft and which is plentiful. I liked the fact that they decided to include the Type-C port in this so that you don’t have to carry a micro-usb charging cable. I think overall for the price, this is an excellent value, quality headphones.

Bought the first pair when it was on sale. However, unfortunately the left side did not have any sound. Tried to unpair and re-pair to different devices ranging from tablet, phone, and laptop. Nothing works. Contacted customer service of JLab, provided the necessary info and they follow through with their warranty, replacing another set directly from their warehouse in CA. Took another week for shipping to get to the east coast before able to use the headphones fully. In terms of material, the earpads are very comfortable. The ANC works okay, not great. But the bluetooth connects very fast and mostly stable. I would recommend only if it is on sale. Otherwise, the original price does not make it worth it.

I will give the two reason you might want to consider a different option: If you are an audiophile looking for that level of audio quality; second if you want absolute silence for your noise cancelling. I am not saying that these two items are poor I’m just saying that these headphones are an excellent choice in my mind and for lack of a better way to phrase it, punch out of their weight class. I wear glasses and can comfortably wear these with my glasses for hours while working at my computer. They do get a tad warm but no mor than other headphones. They are over the ear and not on the ear, I don’t have extra large ears but they aren’t small either, and they fit completely over my ear, my ears also stick out a bit so on ear headphone both me after a half hour or so, unlike these over the ear that I can wear for hours without an issue. Talking about hours, these last forever as well, if you leave them on overnight, they are still connected in the morning and must have a low power state as they didn’t eat too much battery. They are pretty basic as well, no app for customizations or anything like that, which can be really nice (depending on one’s point of view). There are three modes you can shift through by pressing the volume up and down button at the same time or you can play with the EQ settings on your phone or computer (if you have the capability from another app or setting) The emblem on the right side is a button that shifts through low noise cancelling, high noise cancelling, and active listening. The active listening is really useful for being able to listen to an audio book while working and still hear what’s going on around you. I also like the two levels of noise cancelling, some noise cancelling headphones I can feel what I can only describe as a vibration through my head on the high setting I get that, on the low setting I don’t. I’m not sure how many other people have this issue with some noise cancelling headphones, but I figured I’d mention it. Both modes do not give absolute quiet, but the low cuts it by a significant amount (I can still depict the washer sounds) while the high setting cuts out anything discernible. The audio is good, I have no complaints and was surprised how good the quality is. The bass is clear, no fuzz or bottoming out (at least for my music), I can clearly hear the different components and vocals. For call quality the mic is great, I’ve been using these with MS teams and WebEx teams on my cellphone for meetings as they actually play with MS teams unlike some of my other Bluetooth headsets. I’m loud and clear according to the other people I call. And speaking about Bluetooth, my cellphone has a terrible antenna, but these make up for it, I can easily get 15’ or more away with this set. My other cell (a note 20) I can get 30 yards away and still successfully use the headset, so if you have a poor antenna on your cell, these will work. Lastly I have not taken these to full volume because I value my hearing and they get louder than I can handle, which I appreciate because it is always terrible to max out a headset and still not think they are loud enough. Pros: • Loud • Strong Bluetooth signal • Good sound • Noise cancelling and active listening • Comfortable • Long battery • USB C charging • USB C to Aux cable included and yes it is reversible if you were wondering Cons: • High noise cancelling causes head vibrations for me • Noise cancelling isn’t total silence • Power button is push and hold versus being a switch

Jlab over ear studio pro wireless headphones are awesome have great sound! Very comfortable to wear & are adjustable, has different setting to help with blocking noise or the amount you wan to hear, quick & easy set up to connect to Bluetooth, The sound quality is awesome I have to for complete noise canceling when I’m home cleaning I wear to not disturb my neighbors with blasting music late at night & when my boyfriend is home watching tv, they are not heavy like I thought they might be when I first say them, the comfort of the ear cushions is awesome they don’t hurt my ears like most do cause my ears are completely pierced. It has like 2 + days of battery life depending on how much you use them it lasted me at least a week from home to hiking before I needed to charge, no need to spend hundreds on earphones

I wear glasses, so many over the ear headphones just do not often feel comfortable. These are comfortable even with glasses on. Sound quality is really quite good. If you have an equalizer on your phone you can make things a little better. The Bluetooth connectivity has good range, really good range. So far I have not had any connectivity issues at all. You can use these wired or strictly wireless. This is handy if your phone has a headphone jack. If it does not have a jack, a dongle can fix that. I do have a dongle to use the stereo jack and convert to USB C. This worked quite well. Unfortunately a USB C to USB C cable is not included, I could not test that out. Wired does not require the headphones to be charged, unless you are wanting the ANC turned on. Happy that USB C is the charging type. The ANC works really well. The bypass mode almost felt like it enhanced the sound coming in. I could hear the TV in the next room better than I could with the headphones off. My only drawbacks are they really are a little on the tight side if you have a large head. Also when folding for travel, they don't fold in a way that gives me comfort thinking I won't damage them in my bag. The other odd thing to me is the length of the USB to USB C cable. It is short. Makes charging with the included cable a challenge if you don't have room close to your PC. Overall, I really like these headphones for use with my phone. I don't think I could use these for a extended period of time, I am talking a 8 hour shift. But I really enjoy them for shorter periods.
