Good product. Horrible (non-existent) support. Broken API for the app. We have 8 of these where I work. In January, enelX moved everything about the way the charger communicates with the app to a new platform. Since then we’ve been unable to reliably collect data from each one. We see them all online, but the app shows them offline. Been trying to reach support almost daily and haven’t received any response. Do a web search and you’ll find entire message boards talking about this issues. Anyone reviewing with “great support” within the last 6 months is sus.

The Juicebox 40 Plug is a must purchase for your EV. We have it for our Tesla and I wouldn't use anything else. I've also referred this to 3 other Tesla families and the love it too. The UI is super easy to navigate and use and I would be remiss to say after much research this was not only the most aesthetic but, provides a true savings to our electric bill while quickly charging our vehicle. Highly recommend the Juicebox! The thirst is real.

I purchased the Juice Box 32 on a rebate promotion with my local power company, Santee-Cooper. I owned my EV Chevy Bolt for almost 2 years when I purchased the Juice Box. I had been charging my car using 110 service the entire time. After I purchased the Smart Juice Box 32 I was elated with the service. I no longer had to wait days to charge my car. I plug it in at night, the box is programmed to start charging the car when the electric rate are the lowest between 11PM and 6am. Every morning I have a fully charged car. Range is not an issue because of my charger. I save so much money on gas that it is ridiculous. The charger is an easy Install by a certified electrician. It is a smart unit that provide you all kinds of monitoring features. I was not sure if a 32 or the 40 would be the proper charger for my Bolt. The 32 is all that is needed. Works perfect and the look in my garage is sweet. All my neighbors and friends are jealous. Buy the 32, It is PERFECT!

I am a new electric car owner and was shopping around for an at home charger and found this. It's been absolutely perfect. I love the App that tells me the charge level of my battery and will inform me when I need to recharge. The ability to schedule my charging time is super helpful as well and another way for me to save money. Definitely happy with my purchase.

Works flawlessly. Set to charge during off peak hours and never fails. Highly recommended.

I've had this item for over a year now. I drive a Chevy Bolt and my electric utility essentially paid for this via a rebate. Folks, we're going electric whether we like it or not and my advice is take advantage of incentives while you can. This is an out-of-the-box plug and play item provided you have the proper 240V outlet available. Plug it in, do a simple connect to your home wifi, and you are now free from the $3/gal and rising ball and chain.

Juicebox works perfectly. It has everything I was looking for in a home charger with it price, charge time and an intuitive app. Setup was smooth.

This was installed to cherrge my RAV4 Prime and is great. Along with the software added to my iPhone, I know all data, current and historical related to my RAV! No regrets!

Juicebox overheats then the relay gets stuck. It is a design flaw but Juicebox remedy is to give you $100 coupon toward an upgrade rather than fix the problem. Lots o competitors out there so do your research.

Juice Box 32 works exactly like advertised. Easy to set up and gives me all the charging information I need..

So good that I bought 2 - Volt and Mach-E! These work perfectly and the software is easy to use.

The keep screwing up the app its next to useless. do not buy.

They forced everyone to upgrade the app and now it’s bricked and won’t charge the car. Their customer service just tries to point you in any direction and never towards a solution.

There is no more webpage monitoring. Mobile app now displays all public chargers. Mobile app displays time the car is plugged in. Not the amount of time for a charge.
