Already have a Tesla charger for our model Y, so we purchased this one for our new Rivian. Easy easy to install, good cord length and makes it relatively easy to monitor charging sessions.

Very good charger, but wish it could do a little more. You are able to set what times you want to charge, for cheaper charging. However, you can’t tell it to let you charge for 30 minutes then stop until overnight. This would be nice rather than having to manually start the charge via the app and then remember to stop the charge later. When you are out of charge, it would be nice to at least get a little. Overall, fairly satisfied.

This product works as advertised. I definitely would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a reliable, affordable, low cost home EV charger

Modern design. Easy install. Works great. Glad I waited to get this for the house.

Enel X Way APP is not wrong - however - also not very useful. Also, charger maybe not instrumented well enough to report current flow, voltage, ... Also LED indicator status correct; however, not traditional - for example, assume you are a visitor who sees the LED is flashing "yellow" - what would think that [traditionally] is alerting you about? Should you call the Fire Department if no one is around to question? Adding a "Lighting alert key" for LED interpretation to the cover could improve value.

App for the charger is not the greatest. Had to sign up and try to sync charger multiple times before it finally didnt show an error. Qr code system to sync with charger isnt the best. The placement of the qr code with the details needed couldve been placed in a better spot so it doesnt constantly pull info from all the letters and numbers that surround the qr code. Tried manually entering in the serial number for the charger but that didnt work and tried multiple times. App caps at 40 amps but the charger is capable of 48 amps.

I've been using this for over a year. It has been awesome! It's so convenient to charge from home.

Works great but the app needs some improvements like more controls over scheduled usage.

This charger has been great! So easy to use and our car is ready to go in a short period of time. Will be installing a second one.

This charger registered as a 40AMP version when I installed it. I did everything correctly but the item’s serial number was tied to a 40AMP model. This limited the power it delivered to the vehicle. After WEEKS of fighting with customer service, the issue was resolved (that I know of) and it charges at the correct AMP now.

Has been working great over the past 3+months. I’ve had a couple small issues with it charging the first couple weeks but has not came back for over a few months, I only went with Juicebox for my Tesla because my power company had rebates for this charger. So check your local power company and you might end up getting this with zero out of pocket. Also I mainly charge over night when rates are low so I’m reality I really didn’t need a 48amp charger and a 40amp would of been just fine for my purposes.

Very happy with the 48. We get a full charge in 6 hours while the 40 took much longer. It works as advertised and the app was easy to set up.

Very good charger, easy to use it at home and also on the cellphone.

This charge wasn't hard to get installed, and it worked great, when I had my EV car. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a level 2 charge.

Easy to install. Fun to use. Peace of mind. I'm away from the gas stations!

Good product. The app is unstable and setup was difficult as the instructions were to use the new app but they rolled it back due to issues and hence instructions with the box were incorrect. The hardware works fine, just difficulty using the smart features.

Relatively easy installation as per electrician and works very well App was user friendly and well constructed EV charger

Great product gives us 11.2kwh when connected directly to panel box with a 60amp switch! Highly recommend for EV owners.
