Can’t speak to the wifi connectivity since we installed our next to the router but the information provided in the app is helpful.

We had it professionally installed but the screen won't turn on. Call Juicebox who told us that it may have a defective screen and the only way they can replace it is have us taking it down and ship it back to the company. I just paid $700 to have it installed and this cost is not going to be covered by the company.
