I do not recommend buying from Best Buy. We had a terrible experience with this charger. The first one we received would not even turn on when the electrician installed for us and had to be removed and exchanged. Best Buy shipped us a second one and it looked like it had been previously opened. An electrician installed for us and this time it turned out but turns out it is defective and will only charge at 12V. We are now working directly with juicebox / Enel X to get a third replacement, which has been difficult so far. We may have been unlucky receiving two duds but just wanted to post this so other buyers can be aware.

Don't buy. App is terrible. Has issues connecting to modern wifi network. After a professional install, everything was good then later that evening, led indicator has no color. Charging is slow. Called customer service and they pretty much told me they would replace the Juicebox but I would have to pay for another install. There is no guarantee the replacement will work but I still have to pay for install. Don't go with this company.

Have only had this machine 3.5 months and it stopped charging. My electrician confirmed the box was filled with water. This is a huge inconvenience as i have to drive miles away just to charge my vehicle.

The cable for this charger is really stiff. Consider taking the Chargepoint charger if you will have it outside. The charger is bulky and an eye sore.

Does not work as advertised. And the support does not help. STEAR CLEAR of ENEL X and it's products!

works excellently to charge my new EV. One complaint though. to use the app, you need to power the unit off and back on to make it discoverable. not easy since its hardwired and has no power off switch.

Since carrying a level 2 charger around to charge your vehicle is impractical, I decided to buy and install a hardwire unit in my garage. The Juicebox provides 48 Amp for faster charging with a 60 Amp breaker. Can't get much better than that.

This Juicebox has been perfect from day one. Electrician came out to install the power for it, and my car charges typically in less than 7 hours from zero to full. Couldn’t be happier.

Do not buy anything from Enel X. They forced out new software for the home chargers (the old software worked just fine) so they could integrate it with their charging network app, but they broke the main functionality for the home chargers - time of use charging does not work, the app's start and stop functions do not work, and load balancing is gone. It's been over three months and despite escalations, nothing has changed. Now they're trying to avoid issuing a refund.

Works perfectly and qualified for county rebate program. Love the app and convenience of charging at home.
