I bought this for my wife’s 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 mostly for the Bluetooth calling features and the fact it was a touch screen on sale. Installation was rather simple once researching and buying the additional wire harness connectors needed. It works great as a stand-alone radio and for making Bluetooth phone calls. Trying to use pandora or Bluetooth to play music though is hit or miss. Half the time the built in pandora app will not communicate correctly with our phones which are iPhone 7 pluses, not sure if they would work better with android. A lot of times the Bluetooth radio playback causes the stereo to lock up and we have to hold the power/reset button in order for it to start working again. Overall I would not recommend this stereo to anyone, not even my enemies lol.

Pretty good but needs a bigger processor/memory or something. It is pretty slow to respond so gets pretty annoying. If it wasnt a pain to take it out and replace I would probably have already taken it out and taken it back....for the money it is "eh"

My only complaint is the length of time it took for Best Buy to install. I had to wait 45 days for an appt. That's way to long.

Nice receiver for the money. It is a good upgrade from the factory stereo and added the safety of hands-free calling.

Good receiver. But too expensive for the level of quality. Should have been a remote control for the price.

Buying this took over an hour because of a mistake by clerk. Had to redo order. Then jvc was not in stock took another week to get it. Only good thing about my experience was the actual installation. Still not quite sure everything works can't take or receive calls not sure if the mic is plugged in. I myself will not buy a car stereo from Best Buy ever again

This is a great stereo for my Mountaineer truck I will recommend it

Good value for the money. Only ding is that the AM stations seem to get a pop that goes away after awhile

I am not happy with this product it freezes up and I have to reset it all the time.

This is the first time buying a touch screen stereo and was not sure what to get. Best Buy had a huge selection and very helpful people to help make the best choice. I’m very happy with the product, service and installation.

Everything is good about this product. But having animate background would be better.

The interface is kinda slow but it has tons of audio settings.
