Bluetooth is more of a hindrance than a help

Works well, however Alexa is always listening and disrupts the music. The Bluetooth feature is more of a hindrance in my opinion than a help in this product.

I bought this mainly for the usb and Bluetooth. Bluetooth works great, but whenever I plug my phone into the usb and want to use the usb source, the display shows cannot play. overall great product.

Unfortunately, I am forced to rate this product as a "POOR" only because the display is not bright enough to be seen in daylight hours, so it's useless to see the functions and enjoy the player for all its features, Now, at dusk it is readable and that's when I try to adjust the features. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the JVC unit.

The radio works as advertised, however the display which shows the clock/station/input/etc. Is far too dim, even on the highest settings. I cant view any information on the display during the day. I have dark tinted windows and still have an issue with seeing anything on the display wjen the sun is up. And yes, it is wired up correctly.

This product is junk. A month after purchasing it flashed a "protecting send service" message that is unfixable and unreturnable. Waste of money and I'll shop another store and another brand.

This radio was a great price, easy to install and looks and sounds great! Would definitely recommend and or buy again!

I cannot see the display at all. And I’ve set the brightest setting too. I have to use one hand to change the station and one hand to block the sun . At night it’s no problem but during the day you can’t see anything .

Ordered a “open box” that was listed as “excellent”. Only problem is the pigtail with the wiring was not included which renders the unit useless. I am not sure who is responsible for quality control but that’s a big miss. I ended up returning the unit to the store for a refund. As a credit card holder and customer it was a very unpleasant experience.
