    They were good for 1 year. But they keep falling out of my ears now left ine stop working.

    Not for me, a little uncomfortable. Sounds was ok, just didn't enjoy wearing them. Had a few issues with the sound cutting out a word herev and there. Not sure if that was my device, or connection issue. I returned the product.

    charge not holding. Contacted jvc who said they will send a replacement one. Its been 2 months I did not receive the replacement yet I contacted best by today..they are also helpless Very unprofessional customer service both from the manufacture (JVC) and seller(Best buy )

    My wife said these do nit work well for her. To loud or to low , no in-between. Her cheap gas station bought pair works better

    These are amazing. I was lucky. Got them on sale. The touch sensitivity is nearly perfect. High functionality. Includes equalizer. Great sound quality. Earbuds are snug. Fits comfortably within ear. Comfort lasts aaall day. This is a phenomenal product.
