    The box had been opened and taped shut. Faceplate was all scratched up the remote was missing. Didn't know your company was like that. Sending used products when people pay for band new products... I was very unhappy an disappointed in your service. Thank you for sending this review, because I forgot all about it until now. I will be telling all my friends and family about it. Have a great day
