The installation process conducted by your technicians was the best I have seen. The process was flawless and no wiring was loose and the system fit flawless into the dashboard as if done by the manufacturer. The cell phone was also mated with the radio/bluetooth as well instructions given as to how to operate the Navigation. Job well done!!!!

This was a great stereo. Had it for two weeks and used it a lot. Loved it...until the truck was stolen two weeks after installing it. Also had a previous version of it and liked that one too, but this one is much improved over the previous model I owned.

My previous deck had some issues that were not repairable so I unfortunately had to use the protection replacement plan to replace the device. The GM Ricky was very helpful in finding me a comparable model to my previous deck. Although I have not yet installed the deck, I was overall happy with the process.

Very good product for price. I like the knob on the radio that allows me to turn volume up and down quickly.

I bought a kenwood radio and had the geek squad install it . I have had problems with the sat radio , the screen reads no antena signal. I have had it back once and the tecks rerouted the antena , still not working .had a third visit scheduled and was informed the best buy store had caught fire , and I needed to reschedule

I went to a Best Buy near me in NY to look for a new radio/gps system with a screen and Bluetooth capability. One of the associates recommended me this product. I was unsure about purchasing it because of the price but I took a chance. He told me what extra parts I needed (harness, faceplate, etc) and ordered those parts in. He told me it would come in 2 weeks but it came in within 5 days. I rescheduled my appointment with geek squad to install it earlier since the parts came in early and surprisingly enough, they made the appointment on 4th of July. Installation took about 2 or 3 hours. One of the guys explained basics on it and that was it ! I did had to buy an extra piece for the car so the buttons on the steering wheel was compatible with the radio and the other screen my car has. The radio is so much better than the stock radio in my car (2012 Honda Civic LX). It's so much louder. On my stock radio, it would only go up to 40 and it wasn't loud and with this, I'm at 30 and I can literally wake up the whole neighborhood. Works perfectly fine and smooth. Easy connection with my iPhone. It does take a couple of seconds for it to start up when you start the car which is perfectly fine but making calls is super easy. One problem I have seen with it so far (I'm not sure if anyone else has the same problem) but if you don't heat up your car in the morning and start driving, the radio starts making a really weird and loud noise. I turn off my car wait a little and start it back up and it stops. Other than that, You can even watch movies on it (perfect for road trips). I totally recommend this radio (:
