Honestly not great. It will freeze up from time to time. I should've went with another option.

Worked good for the first month now I’d be lucky if apple car play worked at all. Tried multiple cords and had it re checked out this week. Still not working. I’d say realistically it works 10-15% of the time and I commute everyday so it’s very frustrating. I emailed kenwood to see if there’s anything they can do. Reading other reviews it seems like the unit is not apple CarPlay friendly.

Stereo was a great purchase. You can use air play, listen to audiobooks, and many other things. I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. He loves this radio!

I installed this and it's been a night mare. Had issues from trying to update firmware. Then everything is been down hill from that.

Radio was working great until 2 months in, all of the sudden while connected to Apple Play nothing would work. I turned the screen off and it never turned back on. When I turned my car off the radio would turn off and it completely killed my car battery. I had to jump start it and go back to Best Buy for them to cut the power connected to the radio. Kenwod used to be good. Now they are cheaping out on their radios. Apparently this is happening a lot with this brand. Now I have no radio in my car. I had to order a new one but different brand. Pioneer much better brand. IF YOU DO BUY THIS RADIO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE PROTECTION PLAN.

Dont buy it. Get a pioneer. Wont mirror iphone so j switched to an android phone. Mirroring worked for a few months now it shows picture of phone but no sound under mirroring. Even on dim and screen adjusted it is way to bright at night. Loaded with to much stuff so none works well. Wont recommend. Selling mine on ebay asap!!

Sounds good just doesn't work well with my LG phone.

Garbage product .. freeze every day.. need to reset. The screen turns green with no display very often the resets on its own . I truly regret this purchase

Kudos to Geek Squad Vehicle Installation Center, they did fantastic job my stereo working great. Great job!

While driving it's way too much to simply switch from map to radio or any music app.

I had to give this 1 star as it did not work out of the box. However, my installer was able to locate a better unit in the store and was able to offer a discounted price. I cannot say enough great things about Brian Neathery for the professional work on my vehicle.

bought this radio and its been in the install several times in the first month and a half and nowmy microphone works great with google but now to answer the phone i have to literally scream at microphone for it to pick up my voice

I input my entire vehicle info on the web site and the product is NOT compatible with my vehicle. Now it says I can’t return it so I’m out 380 bucks!?
