BEST BUY MESS UP - nothing to do with great radio

Best buy sold me a USED radio. Missing parts (i.e. microphone). Smudges all over the screen. Very disappointed.

Nightmare

Went to our local Best Buy and they do not have a crew anymore to do installation on car radios. So we are stuck with a radio and no one to install unless we want to pay for it

I physically went to Best Buy Times.. I requested to get another installer on the Job.. I have to drive to Reno on 01/03/2021, to get another unit installed!!!

Radio Replacement

It looks tacky and the radio does not work as well as expected.
