Ok but poor Front end
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am giving it a two star here because it sounds good.If you use this with your android play you are ok.I am a Ham Radio operator and I look at specs of the radio and it does not perform anywhere near them..The FM is ok but the AM radio is totally insensitive.We have a 5000 watt sports radio station where I live and I can not pick it up 30 miles away in my he day time very poor front end..FM is sub par but nowhere near the AM

Frustrating

Issue is, carplay will randomly, for absolutely no reason, force a reboot. Then it’ll take a few cycles to connect again. I have swapped usb connectors, lightning connectors and updated the firmware. Nothing made a difference.

Kenwood sucks

O don't get me wrong, had i had known that a radio was truly NOT a radio but an extension of my phone i would have just got a replacement radio from Ford. It works well as long as you're close to a large city but if you live 40 miles away from a large town it doesn't work. Per from best buy installer and even kenwood it isn't going to. The radio, if you call it that, is designed for some stupid car play. Not as a radio

Faulty, poor customer service in shipping this.

Not happy with this purchase.
