It's a pretty good stereo except for (like a lot of other reviews) the display is way too dim and hard to see the screen in daytime. Plus the stereo all though the description and the guy who installed it said it would be able to read my phone book in my phone but it would not (no matter how many times I tried) sync my phonebook from my phone. And yes you can make phone calls as the stereo has Bluetooth it is extremely difficult for the people on the receiving end of my phone calls to hear me everone tells me I sound like I'm really far away. so I just don't use that feature as I don't know how to adjust the volume on the Mic. Other than those few things it works pretty good.

Great deck that made my factory speakers sound like aftermarket. In the process of switching them out. Would have got 5 stars however does not take CDs even though they are out dated still would like the option.

Bought this receiver to gain bluetooth connectivity in my 2005 Ford Ranger. BT works well, remote mic for phone calls is a plus. Wish the display was brighter, as it is sometimes hard to see even at maximum brightness.

Nice features, especially the bt and usb functions. Only drawback is that the display seems a little dim during daylight but that's pretty minor (I read product reviews before I bought it so not a big deal for me).

It has all the features (Bluetooth for phone hands free, usb, detachable face) I was looking for at a very good price. Very easy to install and the quality of the sound is great (well, it's a Kenwood).

i put this radio into a used vehicle i purchased. the blue tooth works good and the controls are easy to use. i feel it is a very good buy for the $.

I bought this receiver for my 16 year olds first car. I liked that it did not have a CD player, yet had a lot of features for the price. I installed it myself without any issues and fairly quickly. The bluetooth worked as advertised and the sound was what I expected. However, I could not get the bluetooth mic to work. I reset the system several times and adjusted everything possible. I will be returning to get a different receiver.

Good sound and quick install. I bought it for a hidden install on a restoration car, but the remote requires line of sight to work.

I needed to replace the sound system in my truck and wanted to upgrade what came in it. I wanted the capability of playing .mp3s and the ability to take advantage of the Bluetooth technology on my phone. I also was looking for a system with a removable faceplate for security. This unit was the answer. Installation was simple and setup was easy. I love the convenience of the remote and the hands-free phone via Bluetooth makes taking calls on the road a lot easier.

My first kenwood and I love it so far. Easy to use. It is fast to automatically connect to my phone via Bluetooth.

I've been a rock and roll fan for over 50 yrs. I've seen concerts others only dream about. But this unit literally made my ears hurt. We used a memory stick and I have about 7K songs on it. So far, we've only made it thru about 80 songs. Clear as a bell. The clarity is as good as if it was live. Of course it's only as good as your recording but if you have first class recording you have first class playback. It's sooo good, we bought another for our 914. Very pleased.

Has everything I need, Bluetooth and app support. Simple and light .Easy install.
