Looks and sounds great! Radio has GREAT! features.

While the overall head unit is awesome and does everything I require, the one downside is during the day, it's very hard to see the display. Other than that, fantastic product.

This wasn’t exactly what I was looking or hoping for but install was fairly simple and it has a lot of functionality options.

The only issue I have is the clock on the radio the radio is very tough to read

Installation charges are absolutely ridiculous. I purchased the radio as a gift for my boyfriend and spoke to the sales rep in great detail about the installation process. The charge was advertised at $64.99, but ended up costing $270+ to get installed. I never would have purchased this radio from Best Buy if I was told up front that the installation was going to cost me another $270 in addition to the price of the radio. So disappointed in Best Buy's misrepresentation of their installation costs. I will not be using them in the future.

GREAT CAR STEREO FOR AN UPGRADE TO MY EXISTING CAR STEREO

Idk if it was the install or what but the radio is always going in and out and it makes my iPod just stop playing randomly.

For some reason the clock does not hold its time when I turn my vehicle off

Pro's... I have found this stereo works great with my Galaxy S7 phone and Android Auto. The voice button and voice commands work excellent. The sound quality of Bluetooth audio is excellent with this units Bluetooth 3.0. I love the fact that I can automatically connect to the head unit with my phone in my pocket and use the voice button to give Android Auto commands for music, navigation, phone calls, texts, etc. Con's... The HD Radio is hit and miss on ANY head unit depending on your location to broadcasting station. I still cant get the clock to sync correctly so I had to set it manually. One big con I have with this unit is that Kenwood in their infinite knowledge disabled the dash dimmer/illumination wire that worked with earlier models. In direct sunlight the screen is impossible to see. I had to adjust the RGB settings all the way up (White) to see the screen.

With the advent of push-out fold-up touchscreen blu-ray and DVD players as after market options on many modern car stereos there seemed to be a missing niche of connected car stereo's focused on audio until now. If you use android you got Google Auto on your phone and don't need a Google Auto enabled car stereo saving some on the cost of the car stereo.
