Will definitely be shopping more at BBuy. He recommended this product, explained the unit functions and we discussed custom settings. Great unit...especially the phone and bluetooth music features.

Disappointed in install and unit

The sound is not nearly as good as the stock unit it replaced, The controls are not user friendly . The bluetooth seems to cut on and off as it pleases. The install was not as I expected, the unit was fixed so back that there were gaps, my gas door release became unplugged during install and did not work. I had to take dash apart and reattach. Keep in mine the Best Buy closest to me for install was 50 miles away so this was not a easy return and fix it.

I had to go to St Louis best buy store on lindbergh and would recommend this store to anyone else who needs good service and products . Thank you

Big upgrade from 2004 cd/radio.

Kenwood radio
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The work they did putting the radio in and taking the other one out was phenomenal but the only reason I gave it a 3-star was because you can't never call and talk to an individual you have to go online and do everything which at the time the first appointment I had something come up and had to reschedule but I had to do it online I get it on line is the way to go but some of us it's an inconvenience for those of us who would like to talk with an actual representative.
