    Purchased marine grade receiver based on Bluetooth Remote Control capability. Kenwood app doesn't work and crashes. No fix or response on any level from manufacturer regarding this issue. DO NOT PURCHASE IF SEEKING TO USE BLUETOOTH APP FOR REMOTE CONTROL!!!

    The Worst place to order something and have it shipped, just go to the store and pick it up. Can’t find out if it’s coming or not coming, it just says delayed

    I bought the stereo and the kit to install it into my 2008 Harley Davidson and nothing fit and customer service they will not let you talk to anybody at the store will never buy something from there ever again
