Decent little receiver for the money but doesn’t hold up channels already burnt out fades in and out with the music I wouldn’t recommend if you want something of quality

the first unit was good for one month and then the tuner was defective and it had to be replaced...………..hope this one last at least as long as my car's original radio that lasted 22 years

Nice unit overall but the HD signal struggles to maintain a clear connection and there’s not an option to select only a standard FM signal.

Not a fan of this model. Love Kenwood but does not seem to have the quality of most Kenwood items.

I had purchased everything for the install a month before the install date, upon arriving a month later for installation best buy was unable to install because they failed to acquire the correct parts, so no radio for me and no more best buy wasting my time cuz ill never be back for anything after this, bye felicia

The product works. It's slow with blu tooth and the interface is confusing. Would be better with an instruction manual with more depth. Sales person didn't listen to my needs and sold me a deck without compact discs capability.

Best Buy made no effort what’s so ever to inform in any way that the installation with this purchase was being cancelled or delayed. As of this moment June 24th 2020 Best Buy has made no attempt to contact me for this install. I give the corporation an F

My husband & I have wanted to Get the radio back to the technician, but because of the lockdown, we have not been able to. It also stated on the box that it was serius comparable. We realized it needed an added component. But there again we are not able to get it installed due to the lockdown. We just want to get another radio installed and return the present radio.

Broke after 4 months of use. They did not return or exchange even with a 1 year warrantee. Associate was nonchalant and rude.
