Great coffee machine! One of my favorite things about it is that there's no heating element that usually burns the coffee when left on. The stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot for a decent amount of time. The footprint of the machine isn't too big (can move the reservoir). Overall best purchase from last year

We love this coffee set up !!!!! We make a pot of coffee in the morning and coffee stays warm for a good six hours and if we want a hot drink in the evening we can just make a cup. It’s great for when the grandkids come over and have hot chocolate because we can make smaller cups for them as well!!!! Love all the options in one station instead of 2 coffee pots on counter

I have owned this brewer for 2 years and 9 months. It is still going strong - I keep hoping it will die so i can get a multistrram. WHY did they not make this brewer a multistream? The strong brew is half the strength of the multistrem brewer we have at the office. The thermal carafe is great and i can get a pretty strong brew into the pot, but there is no warmer for the carafe. It keeps the coffee hot for about 30 minutes because there is no way to fully seal in the heat. It is noce to have when sharing the pot with others, but i do that less often than i thought i would. Next time i will get a multistream brewer. If you like strong coffee, that is a MUST.

This coffee machine is awesome, compact and fast. The number buttons are used to measure both ounces or cups depending on your needs (8 oz or 8 cups) and the flexibility of placing the water pitcher on either side makes it unique and easy to set up anywhere especially small spaces. Coffee tastes great and I recommend this to all coffee lovers

Love love love the new design! I don't have a ton of real estate available in my kitchen, each square inch counts. This new design is sleek and efficent! Love how you can decide where the water reserve goes. Easy one touch flip to move water resivour. Can program a timer to brew and has a digital clock display. No need for external coffe filters as it has it's own filter. Just pick your grounds, fill, brew! Can select pot or individual cup size. Also has an option for stronger brew. Easy to use, nice design, doesn't take up a ton of space!

Love it! This is better than the others I purchased. Although it doesn’t chop/grind the beans it does amazing. Plus the k cup can be run without it flowing through the coffee filter area.

I picked this coffee maker up today. After reading many, many reviews, I was a bit skeptical of ordering it. The reviews I read were mixed, but many complained of the coffee not being hot, the pot taking too long to brew, and not being able to figure out how to use a reusable pod for this.
Putting it together was a little tricky. There isn’t much in the way of directions included. After about 20 minutes, it was all set up and ready to brew. I purchased the Keurig reusable pod to use with this, as that’s what Keurig recommends. Once I removed the adapter, and took the piece off the inside of the pod holder on the actual machine, the reusable pod went right in.
The first coffee brewed was a 12 oz cup. The coffee was indeed hot, unlike other reviews stated. It tasted great, and took about two minutes to brew. Next up was the carafe. I’d seen reviews stating it took more than 30 minutes to brew. It took less than 10 minutes for a full carafe to brew. The coffee in the carafe stayed hot for more than 2 hours.
I’m very glad I chose this particular model. It’s sleek design and water reservoir options take up minimal space. The option to brew a single cup or a carafe are options I’ve been dreaming of. The temperature of the coffee and added water filtration make the coffee taste so much better than the previous Keurig model I replaced. All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase!

I like the convenience of having multiple modalities all in one small appliance. Relatively compact, saves a lot of counter space. Liking very much so far.

Makes some of the best regular coffee. The Keurig portion is hot garbage as usual. I did not buy it for the Keurig portion, I bought it for the regular coffee maker. I heard great things about this machine and I can attest that they are 100% accurate. This machine also makes coffee faster than my previous machine.

Bought this Keurig because my last one gave out after about 6 years and I wanted something that takes up less space. Figured I couldn't go wrong with this brand. The family has used it everyday for the last 6 months now. I gave it four stars only because I believe the water reservoir could be a bit larger to accommodate the carafe (which we constantly use) and I don't like the result when using the single refill pod. Even tried using the "strong" setting to get a better brew of my own coffee and it doesn't make a difference. However, it does work great with the store bought pods for a quick cup so maybe it is my choice of plastic refill pods. Overall I really like this model. It fits nicely on my coffee bar, brews quickly, doesn't drip at all, coffee is piping hot, easy to set timer and the carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours.

Keurig finally got it right. The 1st Duo was not worth it. Keurig fix the issues, redesigned the Duo with this one and its great! The versatility of being able to move the water tank around for space saving is awesome. Only down side is wish it was a 70oz and not a 60oz. Not a deal breaker.
I love this one! Definitely worth the money. Great job Keurig on getting this right!
