So i liked the idea of having either coffee pot or single cup option. My husband is kinda picky about his coffee maker. I did not like this and my husband only kinda liked it. The filter section is hard to close and if it's not done right, coffee won't make and you won't know why. It takes forever. The buttons are not user friendly, hard to push and seem difficult. This coffee maker caused fights in the house and i was thankful we had geek squad protection on it!

Lives up to my expectations. Have been using one Keurig coffeemaker or another for the last 10 years and this is the best one so far. Love the fact I can make a pot of drip coffee or an individual K Cup. Plenty of options for cup size and the strong button. Also can set up the timer to have your coffee ready in the morning. Really like the water reservoir which is just like a water pitcher. Easy to remove and fill then replace. No more spills! Love this coffee maker.

Previously used french press exclusively for about a decade or more. Bought this unit and and extemely happy with it. The carafe keeps the coffee fairly hot for a few hours and the product comes with a reusable coffee filter so you don't have to buy any. Love having my coffee ready for me in the morning but also have the ability to throw a k-cup in for myself or guests later!

My girlfriend and I love this coffee maker. If you want a cup of coffee you can use the k-pods. But if you need some extra coffee in the morning to get yourself going for the day it is nice to have the carafe option as well.
Setup is pretty easy. You get to choose what side you want the water container (either on the left, right, or back). After that plug it in, set the time, and you're ready to go. For Coloradan (or high altitude people), you probably want to enable the High Altitude option for the coffee maker. I forget what button combination you need to press down to turn it on but it should be in the welcome manual that comes in the box.
The carafe really does keep your coffee quite warm for a long period of time after it is done making the coffee. The carafe is not even hot to the touch. Which is a good indication that it is very well insulated. The brew cycle for the carafe does take longer than most (6 - 8 minutes) so its a good idea to run it before you start doing your morning rituals.
Overall, pretty awesome coffee maker and we're glad we have it in our kitchen.

I have not discovered anything I do not like about this Keurig coffee maker. The ability to change the location of the water tank is great for fitting it into your space. The coffee maker fits under my kitchen cabinets but I have to pull it out from underneath to use the machine, so I have it in a tray that slides out for ease of use. From startup, heats fast and you get a single k-cup within 90 seconds.

Absolutely perfect machine. Simple to operate yet so many options. Timed brewing of either pot or cup, simple filling, simpler cleaning. Easy to refill the water without having to use the pot to pour in water as it has a separate water tank (almost like a pitcher) can be switched to either side. Makes it easy to put the machine in the perfect spot in your kitchen.

My Keurig Vue finally died. It was by far the best Keurig I’ve used. So, I wanted a carafe style Keurig. This one fits the bill. I can make a quick cup using k-cups or use my favorite grind and brew a full carafe. It only gets 4 stars because the carafe doesn’t keep the pot hot long enough. I preheat the carafe and it works ok. It’s a shame they didn’t use the same technology as a Yeti!
Thank you for your review and feedback! We appreciate it!

I'm really enjoying this coffee pot. I really like that the water reservoir is on the outside of the pot and you don't make a mess trying to pour water into the coffee pot. It brews the coffee very fast and pretty hot. The metal carafe does a pretty good job of keeping the coffee warm. The only drawback for me was that it doesn't have an element to maintain the heat.

This coffee pot is amazing. It fits anywhere and so easy to use. I love that I can make a pot of coffee or k-cup. With the movable water filter it’s great for smaller spaces or less room on the counter. The coffee tastes great (my old pot had a little bit of a burnt taste) and stays hot in the pot for hours. Would recommend this item to anyone who is a coffee lover like I am!

I wasn’t planning on spending so much for a coffee maker, but boy is it worth it! I love that I can make a whole pot when more than one person wants a cup, or a single just for me. The insulated thermos keeps the coffee hot for a good amount of time as well. My kids use it to quickly heat water for tea and cocoa. It was a great purchase!

The first Keurig I bought in this model died once I ran the descaling process. I followed the instructions, but when it was time to turn the Keurig back on and run the water back through one more time it wouldn’t turn on. It worked fine before all of this descaling process. I couldn’t find my receipt so they wouldn’t replace it at Keurig, but I ended up buying another Keurig, a different model, though at a Best Buy and this time I’m gonna keep my receipt stapled to the box. I bought an older model cause it was cheaper. And I had lost so much time and energy trying to restore the old new one. I am disabled on oxygen have tremors in my hands and it was very difficult to work on the process that was recommended. When I called support, they told me the product was defective after they asked me to do a few troubleshooting Tasks.
