We love it. Takes alittle longer than our last coffee make to brew but we think it taste better. Thats not on the strong setting either. The option to make a pot or a single cup is helpfull. The thermal carfe keeps the coffe hot along time.

Love it. We make both pots of coffee and also use the pods. Design and ease of use is outstanding. Combined the maker with the Keurig storage unit with rollers with space for 35 pods and not taking up more counter space. Another well designed and functional product. It is expensive but worth the money if you want the flexibility of use.

This is the fourth Keurig I’ve owned, but the first with a coffee pot. Overall, it’s a good brewer. The Keurig cup reservoir easily comes out for cleaning, as does the coffee filter housing. The coffee pot will keep your coffee warm all day; twice I’ve brewed a full pot from which I drew a cup or so, left for work and returned home 10 hours later to find the remaining coffee luke-warm. The large reservoir is convenient because you don’t have to refill it that often unless you’re brewing full pots of coffee.
The cons: coffee, wheather brewing a cup or a pot tends to run out the sides of the filter reservoir, down the sides of the reservoir and into the overflow catch. It can be a bit messy. This is my only compliant, otherwise, it’s a good system.

my old coffee brewer finally started leaking. This replacement fits in a smaller space (a plus) and does both thermal carafe brewing and K-Cup single brewing. Does a great job. Takes less time than the last brewer that I replaced. Coffee takes great. Permanent filter is easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase.

We've had the K-Duo Plus for about a month or two and it's working out great. My wife likes to brew her own coffee, while I enjoy being able to make a quick cup on the go. Easy to operate and the K-cup features a "Strong" option which I like. A little pricey, but I think worth the counter space in the long run.
We’re so glad to hear that you’re enjoying your K-Duo Plus! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. Happy brewing!

We read the negative and positive reviews before we made this purchase. We're pleased to report we made a great decision.
We are particularly happy with the stainless steal carafe and how long it keeps the coffee hot, the easily removeable and refillable reservoir, and the overall aesthetic.

Upgraded my mother to this unit at Christmas. This gives her an easier way to fill and manage the water (with the option to put it on the right side and the handle). Also nice to have a pot option when the kids/grand kids come to visit.

The sleek design allows for placement on the smallest of counters. The water tank can be placed on three different side, so pick your preference. The water tank filter is easily accessible. And the removable tank allows for easy fills at your water source. I absolutely love this design.

The carafe keeps coffee warm way longer than I thought it would. I make a pot when I’m home all morning and a k-cup when I’m on the road. Size is perfect and cleanup is a breeze.

The first Keurig I bought in this model died once I ran the descaling process. I followed the instructions, but when it was time to turn the Keurig back on and run the water back through one more time it wouldn’t turn on. It worked fine before all of this descaling process. I couldn’t find my receipt so they wouldn’t replace it at Keurig, but I ended up buying another Keurig, a different model, though at a Best Buy and this time I’m gonna keep my receipt stapled to the box. I bought an older model cause it was cheaper. And I had lost so much time and energy trying to restore the old new one. I am disabled on oxygen have tremors in my hands and it was very difficult to work on the process that was recommended. When I called support, they told me the product was defective after they asked me to do a few troubleshooting Tasks.

ease of use is really nice. The keurig ability is good and if you buy the adaptor you can use your own coffee as well. Pro's - ease of use, easy fill water container, nice basket for your own coffee in the carafe. Cons - no heater under the carafe.

I am amazed how much easier this Keurig is compared to my previous one... I like the water tank and how easy it is to handle. The only thing I don’t like is it auto turns off and it’s only a short time too.
Thank you so much for your review and feedback! We're very glad you're enjoying your K-Duo.

I am transitioning from the Keurig 2.0 and wanted to be able to still brew a pot or a cup. This was the logical choice although the price was much higher than I wanted to pay. Not sure why it is so expensive. There are not a lot of bells and whistle’s and it does not produce coffee and demand like the last unit did. It doesn’t take very long to heat up however it’s still longer than immediate. I also I am transitioning from the Keurig 2.0 and wanted to be able to still brew a pot or a cup. I also liked the screen and customization on the last brewer better. This one is very basic.
